Batman Bad Blood berkisah tentang Batman yang menumpas kejahatan di Kota Gotham. Batman mengetahui kemunculan seseorang yang menggunakan jubbah kelelawar seperti dirinya. Hanya saja ia adalah seorang perempuan namun ia menggunakan pistol. Menggunakan pistol adalah hal yang dianggap melanggar prinsip Batman dalam memberantas kejahatan yaitu tidak boleh ada senjata api. Ia menamakan dirinya sebagai Batwoman. Pada suatu malam, Batman dan Batwoman menghadapi sekumpulan penjahat kelas C seperti The Mad Hatter,Firefly, Bockbuster, Calculator, dan lain-lain. Diketahui belakangan bahwa aksi mereka didalangi sesosok misterius yang sepertinya ia mengerti tentang sejarah dari Batman. Hingga akhirnya mereka berhasil menaklukan Batman, dan diakhiri dengan ledakan dalam gudang tempat Batman menghadapi mereka. Di akhir, Batman menyelamatkan Batwoman dengan melemparnya keluar.
